Payment

Payment for the guide must be made in full before access to the guide will be granted.

Refunds

We offer a 30-days money-back guarantee if you can clearly demonstrate that our guide did not allow you to successfully start your self-employed activity in Portugal and that we were unable to provide support and solutions for your situation, we will gladly refund the price of the guide. Please note that in order to receive a refund, we will need to discontinue your access to the guide. We do not offer refunds for the guide 30 days after payment has been made. If you have concerns about the guide's content, please contact us before purchasing.

Access to the guide

Once payment is received, the customer will be granted access to the guide in the form of a link to access the guide online. The customer agrees not to share their login information or access to the guide with any third parties. Any unauthorized sharing of access to the guide will result in the immediate termination of the customer's access and may result in the deletion of the customer's account. The creators of the guide reserve the right to take legal action against any unauthorized sharing of access to the guide.

Usage

The guide is for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or sold to any third parties.

Updates

The guide is current as of the date of purchase, but the laws, rules and regulations regarding freelancing in Portugal can change. We will do our best to provide updates as they become available, but we cannot guarantee that the guide will always be up-to-date.

Limitation of Liability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the creators of the guide regarding the purchase and use of the guide.
